Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is an uncommon tumor found in the nasopharynx of the adolescent male. It is highly vascular, locally invasive and nonencapsulated lesion.
Author experienced a 17-Year-old male who had a diagnosis of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma histopathologically. On admission there was a thumb sized mass in the nasopharynx extending to the right choana and it was extirpated under the general anesthesia.
Postoperative course was uneventful.
